We appreciate all our volunteers that help make the PTO programs successful. We have many opportunities for which volunteers are needed! See below for current opportunities to volunteer. You can contact the PTO Board for more information on how to get involved: madisonlionspto@gmail.com

Holiday Store	Help organize, staff, or collect items for Holiday Store held in December

Spirit Wear	Help with ordering Spirit Wear – fall and spring orders
Science Expo	Help with the annual Science Expo held in March
Staff Appreciation	Help with staff appreciation week held in May
Mad Dash 5 K	Help with Madison Mad Dash 5 K held in June
???	Spearhead your own event with PTO support!

In addition to the above, the PTO votes in new Board members every June – the Board needs to have a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Consider getting involved and even taking on a Board position!

Classroom Volunteer Signups

Help is often needed in the classroom as well. Covid prevented in-class volunteers, but this is slowly shifting. Please contact individual teachers to find out what tasks might be available.

Mrs. Vroman, our teacher librarian, often needs help in the library. Contact her at evroman@osd.wednet.edu to find out what help might be needed.

Volunteer Registration

(The pandemic aside) in normal years, more than 3,600 people annually choose to volunteer in Olympia Schools. Each year volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application (available online or in paper form). You may complete this form now to be ready for when more volunteer opportunities open up.
